We sang for the Sun, the Moon, all the Earth
Praises for light and goodwill

The Sun, it was warm like the spirit reborn
Friend to friend, heart to heart on that day
He colored the sky with a wink of an eye
Shadows of the Moon made the Sun say "goodbye!"

There they danced for a moment, a moment in time

Moon covered Sun, bit by bit there She hung
In the sky like an eye, they were One
They danced, Sun and Moon
Mother Earth played Her tune
